Good Friday

Well I'm at home for this early Easter weekend.  Today I have been resting and watching documentaries all day on CNBC.  This morning I enjoyed the history and story of McDonald's, then over lunch I learned of the story of video-gaming, and as of right now I am viewing the story of Nike; all very interesting.  I enjoy watching documentaries.

I am also glad that it is Good Friday, the day Jesus died so I might have a chance at becoming part of His family.  For today, I have enjoyed listening to the song True Love by Phil Wickham, its a great Good Friday song and I encourage any of you to take a listen today.  Check it out here.

Spring Break

This spring break was definitely one to remember.  Saturday, I spent the first half of the day digging up my front yard with my dad and grandpa looking for a water leak that we never found.  Then, Traci and I went to a wedding of one of her friend's that she used to work with, it was really fun, we got to do the chicken dance, so YEAH.  Sunday, I drove to Oklahoma City and hung out with some old friends from People's Church which was pretty awesome, I got to witness the groundbreaking of their new facility; God is doing some pretty exciting things there, then I went to Daniel's house to stay for a few days.  That nite, I got pretty sick, and ended up throwing up five times throughout the nite.  Turned out, I had some version of the flu, and Traci and my mom came and brought me home and drove my car home for me.  Pretty much for the rest of the week I was in bed and only got out of the house a couple of times.  Spring break turned out to be quite different than I had planned or imagined.
